1. Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is only confirmed when you have paid your deposit and you have received confirmation of booking email.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally parties need to be canceled. We are happy to allow you to reschedule the party as long as we have availability for your new date. We can hold your deposit for 12 months. If you want to completely cancel your booking then you would lose your deposit.
We have never had to cancel a booking. If there was an issue with your booking from our end you would, of course, be refunded in full. But in over 7 years of My Little Princess we have never had to do this.
3. Character / Entertainer
When you pay your deposit and receive your confirmation receipt this confirms My Little Princess will provide an entertainer for your childs birthday party or event. We will send you a receipt with confirmation of your character for the chosen time and date. Very occasionally through circumstances out of our control your chosen entertainer and character may become unavailable. We have a large strong team of prince and princesses, so we will always find cover for your party. Our priority would be finding another princess who can play the role you have booked. We have always managed to find cover for any party and we will always keep you informed of any changes to your booking.
4. Child Numbers
If your numbers are over 30 children attending on the day. Any more than 30 please call the office as a second entertainer is required.
5. Joint Parties
If you would like your party to be a joint party there will be an extra charge of $10 per birthday child.
6. Final Balances
Final Balances are paid on the day in cash to the entertainer.
7. Heat & Bad Weather Policy
For the safety and health of our performers, we do have very strict policies regarding performing at outdoor venues. Please do be aware that should there be rain, mud, or excessive heat your performer will be unable to perform at any and all outdoor venues, including parks and backyards (covered or not). Should this be the case, we are more than happy to move their performance to the indoor area of your choosing. If no indoor location is planned for, full party payment will still be due despite the character’s inability to perform. Please plan ahead and secure an indoor backup location for the health and safety of both our performers and your party guests!*
